She spent ten years at Knight Frank, working across London and Edinburgh, where she supported complex sales and acquisitions of prime rural and urban property. As Associate Partner, she led residential sales in North Edinburgh, managing high-value portfolios and building trusted relationships across a diverse client base.

With a sharp eye for process, people, and detail, Katy is central to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Tellus Mater. She supports the leadership team on client engagement, communications, and internal systems - helping drive our commitment to precision, partnership, and service at every level.
